Pipeline Builder

The pipeline builder is responsible for the code generation of pipelines.

Pipelines can be created manually in the Magento backend or by using CLI commands.

Likewise, a pipeline can be created (spawn) via the heartbeat.

The builder generates the pipeline based on the identifier and the configuration in the pipeline XML. The pipeline is then visible in the Magento backend and also on the CLI.
